Hello, back on November 19th 2015 i had my Psn account of 5 years banned because a hacker found my name offensive= G.i.JEW-420 even tho im part jewish and it doesn't break the terms of agreement. Now my problem is ive been dealing with two ****** by the names of WYTE_POWER_420 and WhitePride02- Ive called 3 times this month to report thier names and have sent numerous grief reports and still these two are on harassing me. They have sent me messages calling me the Nword, jew boy, and other ****** names, the've been singling me out and teamkilling me as well as other forms of hate crimes which i reported but still they are on. It took less then a week after the hacker complained about me before i was banned and forced a name change yet 4 weeks going on and those 2 are still on. I spoke to two diffrent floor managers- Derek and Kadean which they told me there would be an investigation. An investigation? What is there to investigate? Their names are slogans for hate groups, this is discrimination.
