When I bought 1 year subscription of playstationplus last year I was not aware it turned auto-renewal on by default, so this year I was charged again.
I would like to know how to proceed to ask for a refund on this, as I`m not using this service.
I tried the ''chat with us'' support option but It seems to be broken.
Didn`t find any othe way to contact someone about this issue.
