Background Downloads Stuck

Hello.

I've bought GTA V (from psn store) a few days ago and when the download gets to a certain percentage it wont keep going. My download got stuck at 24% so I've tried to download it again and it stopped at 27% the third time I was downloading the game IT GOT STUCK AGAIN. and its a real pain to start a new download from scratch.

Anyone knows what is happening? if its my ps3 or my router? (I'm using a TP Link TL-WR340GD)

Please help me...
