Blue please wait screen

I got myself a new Playstation 4 and I can't seem to play it because everytime I try to sign into my account or make a new account it just goes to a blue please wait screen and it lasts forever nothing's happening nothing changing the same thing do I need to turn in my playstation.

I've been waiting two years to get my new system when I get it I can't even play it everything is working fine in my PSN account is working fine I just can't get on my playstation I am really mad right now I want to break into pieces what are you going to do PlayStation help me out
