Heya, I'm trying to get some help here, after no help from either the chat support or the phone line.
My issue is the following, my PS3's hard drive died, along with everything in it. I've gotten over the fact that I lost saves from countless games, but now, I have another issue.
I'm from Portugal, but regularly visit the US, so around half my library is US games, and as such, I created a secondary email and PSN account just to create that account. And with my HDD dying, I lost that account.. I don't know either the email or the ID, but I have access to pretty much every other thing related to the account, used DLC codes, PS3's serial number, DoB, addresses, etc.
What can I do to recover the account?
