keep getting bad credit card number

I've entered two different credit cards - and each get an error.

I am trying to sign up for PS Now and add money to the wallet - I've entered two different times and each time I get an error.

I have reviewed my entry and going to give up - but decided to enter a question here since this seems to be the only support that might answer the question.

Don't tell me to go get a different card ... I have tried two.
