i bought ps4 set it up tried to load disc wasn't working on movies or games i didn't activate that

i bought a ps4 turned it one set it up and it wouldn't load disc or movies i didn't acitivate as my primary ps4 yet set it bk to settings and took that one bk and now i fixed up the new one and i can't acitivate as my primary
