Hello, I have been trying to connect my mac to the remote play option and it has been continually failing. I have the Mac application, my PS4 is my primary console, etc. However, when I try to register on my Mac it displays "Cannot connect to the PS4. (88010e10)" I dont know why it can't connect. I have MacOS Sierra version 10.12.1. Also, when the connection fails, the PS4 will display "An error has occurred (CE-35398-8)." I have searched through the error codes and the playstation databases don't recognize this one. Please help.
