Issue: Constant Disconnects from Online Co-Op Games due to connection or connection to PSN being lost; Also, possibly related: some severe lag at times

Game Error Codes: Connection was lost; Connection to PSN was lost, connection to host was lost etc.
Tried: Restarting PS4/Router, Shutting both off for 30 minutes, Switching Hosts, Switching games
Since yesterday, 13th of February, I cannot seem to have an online game due to constant disconnects - and pretty much on ALL co-op games that require an online connection (even if only played solo or locally). It also makes no distinction whether it boots the host or the client player, sometimes it's one, sometimes the other, sometimes both.
So it's likely to be a complete PSN issue. I've seen reports on downdetector and twitter with similar problems, but, as usual, nobody seems to acknowledge it.
Examples:
Helldivers - cannot join other players or get booted randomly to the main menu, during the mission or even when trying to get a friends info in the MP menu.
Not a single mission went to completion without a disconnect, no matter who was the host.
Zombie Army Trilogy - playing with a friend or even just alone in a private online lobby results in random disconnects. As long as the game goes online, you get eventually booted - and best of all, your checkpoints are gone, so restart every time, yay!
Borderlands 2 - Connecting with a friend takes ages, when it happens its slow, and once in the game lasts for about 5 minutes before it disconnects and boots someone.
