My name is Azwan from Malaysia. I have bought a Ubisoft The Division season pass on 31st August 2016 and not able to access it during my game and an error message pop up when i tried to access to the DLC. I have contacted Ubisoft support team and upon their investigation, there is possibility that my PSN account region are not compatible with the game region. Hence kindly seeking for your advise on what should i do to let me able to access and play the game. Your swift respond on the above highlighted is much appreciated.
