Help! Can't add funds to my Wallet

Hey guys I'd like some help. I can't add any funds to my wallet. It says my credit card info is wrong, but I know everything (Address, name, etc.) is correct. Also, It is a debit card, but i'm not so sure that matters

Also, same thing happens with my PayPal. It says that my transaction cannot be processed at this time. This has been going on for the past three days
