Old hunter dlc is not working

I bought dlc for bloodborne and it didnt work even i meet all the requirements to play it.
I think cuz my game is region 2 while my dlc from na store.
If this is the problem please i need to know who to get a refund so that i can buy it from eu store. Or if it can be fixed it is ok with me.
Please i need to fix this it toke longer than it should. I got no reply from psn
