I want to speak with a manager or a supervisor about the network problems I have spent over $600 on this PlayStation and games/online membership and I can't even play online because you are doing maintenance it is not my faul that your network is down or not working properly I am not happy with your support/ Service and would like to speak to someone in charge about either Getting a refund on my online membership or I want to be Credit in a year For my inconvenience please respond back soon I will be waiting
