Password Change Notification email every time I try to sign in to PSN

Good Afternoon All,

Over the past week I have been having multiple issues with my PSN account. When I start up the console, it does not log me in automatically to the PSN and when I try to do so, it asks me to update my password. I have done this procedure over 4 times already and it is still doing it.

Would anybody know the reason for this and how this can be fixed please?
