Unable to access Playstation store on PS3

I've been trying to log into the Playstation Store on the PS3 for a couple of weeks now. I keep getting "This service is currently undergoing maintenance". I've looked at the Playstation site and the status is said to be ok. I've got no problem getting in there with my PS4 and all my Internet connections are fine.

Any idea what's going on?

Accessing from Canada, if that makes a difference.
