having issues and very angry with sony .... ive spent hundreds of dollars on games and dlc over ps store and because i have 2 systems active and already used my 6 month deactivation i can not activate my current console i got from a friend after mine broke .... so all my games i need to download i can not and i call the 800 number but they say they cant do anything about it .... ive tried online chat and all they say is send in this deactivate form, which i complete and send in, but they respond with, not enough information to proceed ....when they only give me 5 boxes to enter my info and ive entered it all correct .... wth sony !!!?!?!?!?!
