An Honest "Thank You" to Sony PSN Support!

Hello, Sony PSN Support Staff!

 

Thank you! You have been extremely helpful in regaining my PSN account after some good ol' unauthorized accessin'. (I was also a victim of this)

 

Thank you for the quick work in protecting my account. I was taken aback a bit when it was suddenly banned Sunday afternoon, but after checking my e-mail and noticing all of the transactions I didn't make... for a game I didn't own.... at a time in the morning I wasn't awake... I began to appreciate the process.   Your system refused a transaction entirely, then apparently banned the account to prevent further fraud.  In just over a day you have returned the transactions (minus the 5 business day wait, which is understandable), removed everything (including the actual game this stemmed from), and lastly restored my account to working order.

 

I'm careful about my passwords, have never used my account on another's system, scanned with Malwarebytes/SpyBot S&D and came up empty, and also scanned my phone with Malwarebytes and came up empty.  Either way, it happened, yet I'm gracious for the attention towards my account on this matter.

 

As this started on a Sunday afternoon, your online Chat representative Jose was extremely helpful. I was assured a phone call would come my way, but I received none. I wasn't discouraged, just figured your staff were busy. However, an e-mail came in this evening requesting a password change. I took the opportunity to setup some extra security options as well.

 

Yet again, I thank you for restoring my account and also protecting it from multiple fraudulent charges.

 

Consider me a very satisfied customer.
