Feeling pretty disgruntled

This morning, while watching some Netflix, I was kicked off of my PS4. I recieved the message that someone had signed in under my ID. So I did what i could as fast as i could. I managed to change my password, and delete my Wallet info, luckily. Then i go to try to set mine as the primary PS4. No dice. Someone else has set theirs as it.

So i start to go through the motions of figuring out exactly what has happened, and how i can remedy it. Going through the pages you guys frequently link, it shows that there's a way to deactivate primary accounts via PC. Cool. I'll go do that then.

The only problem is that it's already been done. And apparently you only get one "mega-deactivate" per 6 months. Well, at least i know how my PS4 was deactivated now! So i've since called up the support group, which is apparently the only option i have at this point, and they've processed my case. Still no dice. Because it can only been done every 6 months. Uh, well i guess that's cool, but what about people that had it done to them?

What about people that didn't get as lucky as i did, and get to remove their Wallet, or change their password?

I get that people share licenses and other unsavory acts, but what about people that don't, and get their games and account taken from them via this method?

This is kinda rant-y, as i'm feeling pretty pooped on right now, but i do feel like something needs to be done to address this situation. Thanks for reading, and any and all tips are very much appreciated.
