Banned?

Hello, I believe I may have been banned for an unknown or most likely a misunderstanding. I get error WS-37397-9
I am unable to log into the Sony network but my WiFi is perfect. As well my brother is also unknowingly banned as well. We both own a PS4 and PS3 all under the same IP and we also like to game togeather. If you wish for proof upon the systems I can easily tag a photo of the systems togeather but I believe we have been banned for the wrong reasons. if it is about a game and players reporting upon me cheating in Smite I can assure you I am not. If you wish to watch me play the game with the character I believe to of easily have me banned I can provide a video of it.

So may I know how I have been wrongfully banned. if it is account name I can change it but there is truly no reference to anything and as well no corresponding relation to anything as well.
