I bought some themes but everytime i try to use them it says it cant connect to the server to verify my license and when i try to restore my license it say Error CE-34568-6 , my games work just fine but i really want to use these themes, also a side not i dont have the PS+ icon on my account but i know i have PS+ because i am able to play online and get free games but idk if that helps
