I look on my phone to see if anyone is on and I see it says I played a game I don't own 42 minutes earlier. I look deeper and find a purchase was made from my wallet. Yet, the game is not in my library. However, support says it was purchased on my ps4. I KNOW it was not. Hackers have your number psn. To add insult to injury Fernando in tech support insinuates I'm just trying to get a refund. This confirms Sony's tech support is not as good as they think they are. DO NOT QUESTION THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU CLEARLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT'S HAPPENING! I'm 42 years old and gaming since I was 9 years old. Owned every Sony gaming system (including the handhelds) and the first time I contact support I'm treated like the thief that stole from me because of some tech supports lack of knowledge. Disappointing to say the least. If it's not in my library, it's because I didn't download it. That was your first and most obvious clue.
