I tried to make a purchase with paypal account, as I have been able to do for the past several weeks, and suddenly I get the "Your credit card infomation is incorrect" error. I haven't changed my Paypal account or my PS4 information at all. I called support and Gio was completely useless. He told me that my address wasn't correct and that I needed to change my address and try the purchase again. and again.. and again.. then he told me that trying the purchase more than three times locks my account for 24 hours. So basically he forced my account to be locked so that he could pass the problem on to another tech in 24 hours. This same horrible service happens every time I call Playstation support. I'm extreemely frustrated with this company and their horrible support. Has anyone out there been able to get any help from this company? Is there something special that I need to do to get customer service that knows what they're doing?
