Playstation Store- Cant access it - When i click it just says Please wait

Hi there,

Can soomeone please help me. i cant access the playstation store. whenever i press it it just keeps saying please wait for ever. I want to download the new black ops dlc but i cant access the store. I tried to log into the store via pc and download the dlc to ps4 but when i press that it just keeps on loading with no response. same with the app. I can access the store from other accounts on my ps4 but not the one i use. i also tried to access the store via the black ops 3 store but i also get the please wait message. This has been going on for a few days now

Can someone please help.
