Alright so, lately, I've been having this problem with my account. Someone deactivated my content and activated another ps4 as the primary console for my account, even though I've only used my ps4 for this account. Whenever they try to sign in, it kicks me out no matter what. I explained to "Miguel," a support agent, that someone used the deactivation feature and it wasn't me. I also explained that my account might be in danger even though I've already changed my password AND email multiple times. So after he goes through the same mechanical ways the other suppirt agents did (which guess what? they didn't work), he asks me if there is something else he can help me with. I ask him if there's a way to bypass the 6-month period and he suddenly disconnects. I find this is unbelievable. Playstation is ignoring my issue, which could potentially be a dangerous situation. I don't know what to do because all of their support agents are equally incompetent. I was thinking about sueing PlayStation, but their ToS state that any disbutes will be resovled through arbitration.
