playstation store on ps4 the crew

Hello.

I bought an add on using reall money and that add on did not appear in the game. i used my laptop to buy the add on but when i used my ps4 the add on did not appear now my account is an usa but i live in saudi arabia now i have conntacted the europein support  and they have told me to conntact you guys so do i get my money back or are you guys going to fix this promblem
