User not showing up

So ı went to my cousins and ı created a new user in his ps4 and signed in to my account.

We played some bo3 and when it was time to leave ı signed off of my account and went in to Settings > Users > delete user to delete the user ı created.

But the user ı created is not showing up on that screen

Any suggestions how to delete that user?
