I was hoping to get a little assistance if possible.
I have two issues right now.
ONE: I can't Live Chat for some reason to discuss a purchse issue?
I'm trying to contact customer service via Live Chat but the response I am getting states: We were unable to verify your Online ID
TWO: I tried pre-ordering a game (No Man's Sky) and it says: Your purchase may not be completed. Please check your download history.
Not sure what the issue is or why this is happening but I checked my transaction history and just see a bunch of missed charges from when I tried to pre-order. 
At first the message stated it was a credit card issue but now it merely says the purchase cannot be completed.
The card has money on it, and I've already used it at the store today.
