Unable to deactivate PS4 primary.

Hi, I a couple of months my PS4 HDD fail. Then in the store the salesman got a NYKO databank with a 2 TB HDD and that will be a great improvement on my PS4.
But last saturday my PS4 says wont read the storage and the 2 TB HDD was clicking. In the store they change for a new one but now i can't Deactivate the PS4.
I know you will say i can't do it now, but i got to let go my frustration somewhere.
