So today, I found out my account got banned for now reason. I was playing online just fine yesterday but when I tried to log on today. I found out my account just got randomly banned. I didn't get an email telling me why or anything. I called support and did a live chat and just got the same reply that I violated ToS. Which I already knew because that's what it said when I tried to log on but when I asked what I did or if there was any info about what I apparently did to get banned. I just got a vague answer of I could had done one out of a list of many things. It just surprises me that I got banned for one but not geting a reason besides the vague ToS answer is something else. I would really appreciate it if I got help with this or at least be able to dispute a ban that seems to be random.
