Terrible customer "support" and sneaky auto draft policy on PS Plus

Without realizing that PlayStation had automatically signed me up for renewal on my annual PS Plus subscription, I paid the $50. Now I have a two year subscription and their shoddy customer service will not refund one of the renewals. At no point did I offer to let these people hold $50 of my money for a year. This may not bother some people but being a man of values this is pushing me into buying three (3) XBOX systems. Oh yeah, did I mention I pay for three (3) systems in my household. Customer service would do nothing to help me through their GARBAGE chat "help" line. They were actually sarcastic with me. Honestly, I can't wait to try the XBOX servers so maybe this is a blessing in disguise. I have been a loyal PlayStation guy since the ugly grey box, but screw me over once...by Felicia!
