i think that my account has been hacked

ok so when i try to desactivate all the consoles via website it says that that fuction has already been used, and i havent used it, so i want to recover my account so i can activate it in my real console, i already changed my email adress also my password but still i need to activate it on my console but i dont know who has it, i will like you to give me a way or help me desactivate my console
