tired of trying since more than two week , God of War: Ascension

I purchase mentioned item "

God of War: Ascension™ Online Pass (Add-On Content) 

After purchasing I opened PS store and download it the then I opened God Of War Ascension and the game request for update and I did then and the update finished ,but I opened the game and went 2 multiplayer and still requesting for online pass,, i did everything trying to got that pass or where it's downloaded ,, from where I can open that downloaded file ?? I tried to access it a but I didn`t find anyway and the game keep asking me for the pass
please help me and tell me whats`s wrong ?? 
I just needs to understand  why it`s showing me redeem codes page ?? where is the password ?? its still showing me attached photo after the message that asking me me to enter th online pass code ?? 
please please plaese help me  ,, I called your nuamber ysaterday but the agent didn`t understant anything looks like he is new 
Please need your help what i can do.
