I tried to call Customer Service, but can't find a number or email. I had 199.99 charged to my credit card, and added to my wallet I didn't make....on top of that, a Sub account was made on my account as well, and can't seem to delete it....I know what happened too....some jerk stole my first PS4, and am guessing they added an account on top of my account somehow and charged my credit card of that 199.99.
I want that money reinbursted cause I didnt add the money to my wallet, and want that sub account removed as well.
Thanks....please someone help before they make a purchase. I already removed my credit card from my account.
