FAT PRINCESS - PSN Game Hosting Limitation?

Hello,

I upgraded my internet connection to XFINITY Comcast 150Mbps download/12 Mbps upload, and live in Chicago, IL.   When I try to host a game in Fat Princess, it only allows me to host up to 4 players and gives me a popup message saying it's what my given bandwidth allows.

How is that possible with that much speed?  Is there a limitation in North America??
