I received an email saying my Sign-In ID has been sucessfulyl changed. At the bottom on the email it said to contact Sony's support if I did not do this myself. I tried multple times to talk on their live chat and each time I 'fail their security questions'. My account has seemingly been hacked and had the information changed, no wonder I can't answer the questions. Anyway, I had all my card details on there, as well as things like my address and probably about $200 worth of purchases that I no longer have access to. Every time I try to talk to Sony's live chat they just dissconnect the chat on me.
If anyone could help I would really appreciate it as I am at a loss on what to do.
