I can no longer access the PS Store on my PS4 for some reason. I click on it and a circle appears as if it loading but it doesn't actually load. Also, whenever I want to use the PS4 Web browser it won't load any pages. Everything was fine with the PS Store a month ago and everything was fine using the Web browser until this weekend. I tried rebuilding database as was suggested by someone but that didn't work. P.S. My son's PS account on my PS4 is able to access the PS Store and Web browser but not my account.
