I've been having an issue for close to two months now where my PS4 gives me the error code WS-37432-9 whenever I try to sign in to the Playstation Network. However, my internet connection is working fine both wired and wireless, even to the point where my playstation is continuing to auto download updates for my games as they come out.
So far, Sony reps have asked me to unplug/plug back in the modem and router, restore to default settings, open the ports on my router, contact my IP (Time Warner Cable) and most recently, asked me to initialise my PS4. I have done all of the above except for initialising the system so that I don't lose all of my data unless it is absolutely necessary.
Can anyone shed some light as to what is happening or steps forward to fixing the problem
