I just logged onto my PS4 after having left it in rest mode while at work; when I turned it on I saw old items of mine had recently been redownloaded, and then I was logged out as I had apparently "logged in on another ps4" I only have one PS4, and I've never left my info on another ps4, does this mean my account was hacked? I've already changed my email and password, I'm worried I may need to cancel my debit card that was on file as well. Any advice/thoughts?
