hello my brother n i share a ps4 i recently had to send ps4 in for service and they put everything back to factory settings and i would be able to get online due to my brother buying online n now they we had to sign back in he can get online n i dont i reactivated the ps4 as primary for both of us and still he can get online n i cant on the same ps4
