Help!
I'm super desperate at this point because I cannot figure this out. The remote play app worked 2 days ago and then all of a sudden stopped.
Everytime I launch the Remote Play app on my Mac, I'll get to the Start screen. When I click start, a popup window will ask me to sign in. As soon as I do, the app will crash. I have done the following:
- Uninstalled/Re-installed the application (including all user files)
- Tried a new User ( same exact issue)
- Tried multiple networks, including wired
- Turned off Firewall
- Tried Safe Mode ( just for fun)
- Ran install on another MBP (worked fine)
- Reinstalled System OS ( not clean install)
The crash log doesn't give a specific error message that Sony generates. However, I am seeing " 6/28/16 12:30:05.637 PM com.apple.xpc.launchd[1]: (com.playstation.RemotePlay.171232[4729]) Service exited due to signal: Illegal instruction: 4"
I'm not really sure what the illegal instruction is, but this is where I'm stuck. I would really prefer not to clean install my computer for this to not work.
