So at my dads, he doesn't have Internet. So on his ps4 I have my main account activated. But he just recently sold it, and forgot to deactivate it. I'm also gonna lose Internet soon so I won't be able to play my game then. Now I already did the deactivation through the pc a couple months ago. So I can't do that. So I talked to customer service and also sent in a deactivation request. And they both said no. This is bull, I have hundreds of dollars invested in this company and this is the help I get? It was an honest mistake and now I'm stuck until late the middle of September. What the hell? I've seen others helped in this but ever psn employe I talk to can't help at all. Any ideas or help? Oh, and here's the one of the people online, she just ended the chat without asking if I needed more help....
