I bought the game Madden NFL 16 on PS3 instead of PS4 and I am angry because I am usually very cautious and the store didn't mention it clearly enough.
I have been trying to get in contact through the live chat support but for some reason my online ID is not recognized. I need to have the e-mail adress so I can write to them this way..
The online contact form doesn't work either.
