so what happened to me 2 days ago and yesterday is, i lost my 2 account... yes 2 account, but 1 of em is nothing important so i dont mind, i saw it on my email saying that email has been change.. and im like , i didn't even confirm that! , so my suggestion is can you guys make a confirmation to change something for the email, cause what's in my email is just "This e-mail confirms that the sign-in ID (E-mail Address) for your Sony Entertainment Network account has been changed.

so i was feeling weird, because i never confirm anything!
and i tried the support, and nothing since i have to choose the country and whatnot
and security, i would love if we can login with 2 step verification like "steam"
