I have got some bad customer service from playstation this last 2 weeks. My account got hacked. I do not shair any of my info with any one. not even my friends or wife. so no one knows my pasword or email i use. But still some one had got in to my account and used my playstation account to get in to my paypal and put $5 in my playstation wallet then $60 then tryed $200 but paypal stoped them. then they used my wallet to buy some game. i tryed to contact playstation but you all know how hard that can be. so i call paypal and in 5 mins i had my $65 back on my visa card. Then it all started. playstation banned my account.
So i was like OK what ever i just need to talk to some one and it will be a easy fix. i got hacked Right!! Nope not at all. I found the chat on line with playstation they told me i had to pay the $65 back to unbann my account. I was like WHAT!!! then they cut me off and shut down the chat. so i was like ok so just a bad chat. lets try again. some thing sorry we cant do any thing for you. you have to pay the $65 that was hacked from you back to playstation. So now that i have spend 3 days at this i was not going to give up.
I got one some chat forms and found a phone number for support. called them thinking This well get me some where. first phone call. you have to pay the $65 with a pre payed game card to get your accound unbanned. then we can help you out with the hacker. but you cant give you your money back just put it in your playstation wallet. Ok fine at lest its some thing. So i drive to the store get a card. o wait they dont make a $65 card just $50 or $75 dam that sucks. got a $75 card. Call them again. now on day 5 of this. give them my card number for my $75. ok thanks. now you have to wait 24hr for your account to be unbanned. WHAT.... then call back to get your money back in your wallet. Let me tell you waiting 1hr on hold to talk to some one sucks. So today day 7 i call back.
Will we dont do refunds on anything ones you buy it its yours. i just lose it on the pore guy. Then i get seeing as this is the first time you have asked for your money back i can put in a request. I got hacked.....What ever. O and it takes 4-5 days to find out if your going to get your money back in your wallet.
So i asked so seeing as i have spent all this time over some one hacking me do i get any thing for my time. or just a kick in the **bleep**.
Sorry there is nothing more i can do for you. just be happy i am puting in a request to get your money for a game you did not buy back in your playstation wallet. Ya THANKS.......for the kick in the **bleep**. So know i am hopping i at lest get my $75 back in my playstation wallet. so at lest i can say i have it..some what....
If i had not just spend will over $1,000 on my new PS4 and games and Plue plan and playstation head phones and extra controlers. I'd of just send for get it. and never used a sony producked ever again.
So in the end there is no customer service department for playstation and they do not care at all about there customers at all.
