I saw someone hacking today while playing Battlefront on PS4 and I saved a clip proving it. I searched how to report a hacker through EA and I was directed to this site

I followed the steps the best I could but could only manage to get to a screen where I could report the player's network ID for bad language.
I just need help finding out how to report a player specifically for hacking, I have video proof
