Cannot upload images to our communties. We network with an independent Gaming Developer & this is hurting our community as we have something going on for our Early Access users for the PlayStation 4. This issue has been addressed before months ago, & it seemed there was no solid fix, & that it was fixed it's self. We need to know that this can be looked into, Other communities load up fast & with no issues, But ours is taking forever to load, & you cannot upload images or add backgrounds.
