I bought my son a new PS4 for christmas and he has had problems with a pixulation problem on any new game downloads when they are from a series he previously had on his PS3 and or PS2. I just last night found out he had never deactivated his PS3 from his online profile and therfore never activated his new PS4 to his PSN account. We have cleaned out and re-initialized his PS4 many times now and even after activating it on his acount we still see little dots all over the screen. I am really frustrated, we have called and spoken with support a couple times and no matter what every time he turns the PS4 back on and goes back through the start up the dang pixil dots show up as soon as he signs online with his acount and re-downloads the brand new Uncharted 4 I just bought. Do we need to go back through his account and delete all his old files of game series that were played on PS3 and now 4? It happens with Black Ops III, Uncharted 4, Destiny. Please help!!!! last time we were told that he must have somehow downloaded currupt files back in december 25th. That weekend your site was down, dont know if that had effect. Myself I believe it simply must have something to do with never removing his old 3 and activating his new 4. It would seem likely that it was downloading content readable for a 3 even though he had his new 4 plugged in. HELP!!!!!!!!!
