Hi, recently I took my ps4 to my friends house and whilst he was on my account playing a game he got angry and end up being abusive. Today my account got banned. My account which the online sign in ID is khaliq_scott@hotmail.co.uk is not verified so I can't access it in order to contact the live chat as there saying my online ID doesn't exist! Help please!
