Hello folks!
For medical reasons, I haven't used my ps4 for about a month. Last night, my wife logged on in her account in our only playstation, and the games started saying that she couldn't play them because the licence was only available in my account. After checking why this was happening, we found out that my account didn't have my playstation activated as primary. So we went on to my account, and tried activating the console again as primary, and we stomp upon a message that says that we couldn't.
We checked for support on the internet, and found a video that said we should deactivate all consoles in my account, then activate my ps4 as primary, with an option that is only available every 6 months (why in the world would someone make an option so important only available every 6 months PSN?????) anyway, looks like I was hacked because the option was used, or my account went crazy on its own.
My wife and I only play GTA5, Call of Duty BO2 & The Division. All games were downloaded (digital versions) and all of them were bought from my account.
Can anyone help me? I wrote an email to Sony yesterday, and I haven't received any answers yet..
