Don't know if this is the right place or not (sorry it's my first post on here!).
About two to three years ago I made an PSN account but unfortunately I lost the account information to get back on (email and password) Is there a way to be able to retrieve it? I know the date of birth and security question and the ID name but that's all I have.
I've contacted chat support but they weren't able to help me because I didn't have an email and don't know the code on serial code on my playstation because I gave it away.
